Jim and Hil talk about the old Pig Stand restaurant (RIP!) and how Mister Archange LaFleur cooked a flathead catfish for breakfast to feed the "Trash Pen" customers who came in for breakfast;) Hil was there too one morning, you know, because he was a hariat himself, and couldn't believe that Mister Archange was cooking a flathead catfish for breakfast, not just the internal organs in a sauce like usual. But Mister Archange says, that's what we had, so that's what we're cookin'.
