  2. bien merci, Mike. I 'blog' like your dad does, in notebooks, but I have really enjoyed putting some of my collections online and sharing. I was inspired by your and Mister Dowell's blogs, a lot. I know of your uncle, Clint West just from growing up in town. I actually went to Vidrine Elem for one year, but I learned my prayers and a few songs from Mlle Joubert at shs.   3. OK, you seem OK. Mon, jsus connais pas what song they sang. Boogie, one of Clint's sons, told me that when we worked in Reference in Alexandria. I don't understand what you mean about how close language is? I thought St. Landry and Evangeline were pretty much same. Not "creole" French but Louisiana French, aka, Cajun French.
